Trade with one person. Settled by the chain.
Agree on a deal, open a room, and each of you signs in your own wallet. The Enjin Marketplace swaps the item and the ENJ in one step, and Substreak never holds anything.
New trade
Your item is listed on the Enjin Marketplace so that only the person you trade with can buy it. When they accept, the chain swaps the item and the ENJ in one transaction. Nobody holds anything in between.
Opening a room is free and sends nothing. You list the item later, from the room. Trades are always an item for ENJ, because the marketplace needs ENJ on one side.
